The Unified Workplace area is central to our operations, managing customer device environments with a focus on Microsoft Intune, including Autopilot installations and Windows feature updates. This role involves providing end-user support, managing device and environment changes, and contributing to service development. Depending on your expertise, your tasks may focus on support, change management, or project work with clients ranging from small businesses to large global enterprises.
