You are best for this role if you have:
- Master`s degree in Law.
- Proven experience working as a lawyer for 5+ years.
- Previous experience managing a team.
- Background in corporate law, labor law, tax law, intellectual property rights, and financial law.
- Excellent written and verbal Estonian, Russian, and English language skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to find solutions to different problems that may occur.
- Helpful and proactive attitude.
- Multi-tasking and time management capability.
- Positive and professional approach.
Your daily activities as Head of the Legal Department will be:
- Ensuring the legality of internal documentation (official correspondence, contracts, procedures, regulations, etc.).
- Participating in the development of the company's economic and business activities, helping to resolve the accompanying legal issues.
- Coordinating, advising, and helping implement changes related to the company's activities and/or legislation arising from the law.
- If necessary, representing the company in matters within its competence.
- Cooperating with other departments to achieve company goals and visions.
- Reporting to management as needed.
- Coordinating, guiding, and advising team members, motivating the team to achieve the desired results.
- Ensuring all legal department processes are thoroughly documented, consistently audited, and regularly improved.
- Ensuring the efficiency, effectiveness, and continuous improvement of the legal department.
