We welcome you to join our great service center in a modern work environment in Ülemiste City, wheres always something inspiring happening. We have also an option to work from home office. Common Shared Services (CSS) is an organization that provides expert transactional business services to Hitachi Energy out of five centers spread across the globe. Tallinn CSS offers supply chain management, financial and HR services for Northen Europe and Great Britain countries. This drives continuous improvement of productivity and service quality, which ultimately helps the Business Units to be more successful on the market.

Your responsibilities

Support HR team with different administrative tasks.
Delivers HR Service support to HR community, managers and employees.
Communicates information regarding policies and standards on assigned processes to internal customers as needed. Prepares information and documents for external authorities and partners (social security, income tax, etc.).

Your background

Education or obtaining education in HR related field
Excellent communication skills in English and Estonian. Swedish is a plus.
Good knowledge of MS Office
Good communication and team-work skills
Pro-active and can-do mindset
Readiness to spend 6 months as a trainee in the company
