Are You going to be our next Finnish speaking business software consultant? Because we are eagerly waiting and looking for the next awesome customer support member!
We are searching for a business software consultant (with Finnish language skills) to join our team, who will help our customers with technical issues when using Erply's products and services and offer them the best possible solutions. Our customer support team goal is to provide fast and reliable help to have our clients achieve their business goals.
Day-to-day tasks:
- Respond to customer technical inquiries in a timely and accurate manner, both by phone and email
- Share feature requests and effective solutions with team members
- Notify customers of new features and upgrades
- Analyze and report product failures (e.g. by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features (upsell)
- Manage ticket management system with customer issues (Jira and/or Raji - Erply platform)
- Create and improve software usage documentation
- Participate in technical trainings
- Contribute to the optimization and automation of systems and processes
- Create and implement business software implementation projects
- Provide technical support and advice on the use of business software
Requirements:
- At least 2+ years of experience in software customer support or business software consulting
- Excellent knowledge of English and a good level of Finnish language
- Experience using Jira (or other ticket management system)
- Good computer and excel skills
- A solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Interest in the field of IT and business software
- Technical savvy and ability to quickly learn new systems and software
- Experience in managing or participating in IT projects is an advantage
- Positive attitude and teamwork skills
