Are You our next Marketing Specialist? Come and find out!

You will be responsible for optimizing our websites for search engines, managing PPC campaigns, and executing email marketing strategies to engage our audience and drive conversions. You would also be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of various marketing projects from start to finish.

Day-to-day tasks:

Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
Optimize website content, meta tags, and other elements to enhance search engine visibility.
Analyze website traffic and performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEO software to make data-driven decisions.
Develop and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns (i.e Google Ads).
Design, implement, and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and automated drip sequences.
Regularly report on the performance of SEO, PPC, and email marketing efforts.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve overall marketing strategies.
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Expectations for the candidate:

At least 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably focusing on SEO and PPC.
Good English and Estonian skills.
Strong understanding of SEO best practices and Google Analytics.
Experience managing PPC campaigns.
Proficiency with email marketing platforms and email automation.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
A proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
