Transit Payment System (TPS) is a new cutting-edge payment gateway enabling Mass Transit Transaction (MTT) model for using contactless bank cards in public transport. It enables fast offline transactions and price capping by doing bank clearing at night time. In addition, check-in & check-out and retail transit models together with e-commerce payments are supported. TPS is the core component in a secure end-to-end encrypted transaction processing from a card tap on the validator to funds clearing in a bank. It handles all the transactions, authentication, authorization, key management, device management, bank integrations, ticketing system integrations, etc.
