This role leads the Estonia Real Estate Workplace Operations, reporting to the Head of Global Workplace Operations EMEA. 

In this role, you will own the relationship with Ericsson stakeholders for the defined locations and be responsible for meeting users Workplace Experience needs, delivered through the inhouse team and Ericsson's outsourced Integrated Facility Management (IFM) partner. Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, supply partner management and cost management to achieve delivery of FM & hospitality services, workplace management and sustainability objectives. You will work closely with Real Estates Portfolio & Project Management, IT, Security, EHS and local business units. This position is based at our Tallinn office and will require successful candidate to live in Estonia or willing to relocate to Estonia.
