Hurtigruten Estonia OÜ is focused on sales and services of its company's amazing products including a wide range of support functions. In the Tallinn office, we have almost 300 employees from over 30 different countries. We are looking for more travel and tourism enthusiasts to join our Team.

Your job purpose as Support Services Fulfilment Specialist is to be responsible for performing necessary back-office tasks following created procedures and workflows and delivering based upon those.

Main tasks:

  • Travel documentation administration: sending invoices, itineraries and other relevant travel documents
  • Handling ship manifests
  • Back Office tasks relating invoicing
  • Handling multiple customer-facing mailboxes
  • Supporting the Medical Screening process in cooperation with our medical partner
  • Updating customer profiles
  • Service Web bookings
  • Handling refund requests
  • Checking different reports, analyzing errors

Requirements:

  • Fluent in German and English languages - minimum level C1
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a business administration role covering aftercare of a sales process
  • College education minimum
  • Competent with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Learning Agility. You will have the desire to be in constant learning mode
  • Teamwork. Be willing to support your team and the other teams in the business and be able to change your point of view
  • Self-Discipline. Commitment to self-improvement and be aware of how your decisions affect those around you and manage your time efficiently
