We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Head of Asset Management & Production to join our dynamic team! You will have the opportunity to shape our company-wide asset management function and strategy and contribute to a more sustainable future!
Your daily role
- Develop and implement company-wide asset management strategies, processes, and routines.
- Create and implement an action plan to optimise asset performance and mitigate risks. Lead the analysis of the company's asset portfolio to identify performance gaps and risks, and monitor progress against the action plan.
- Lead and coordinate the company-wide asset management function, overseeing a matrix organisation of teams to ensure efficient operation, maintenance, and optimisation of assets across multiple countries.
- Oversee the operation, administration, and management of production assets, including scheduling maintenance and incident response processes.
- Ensure the safe and compliant operation of assets by adhering to safety standards, conducting risk assessments, and fulfilling regulatory requirements.
- Manage and optimise the operational expenditure (OPEX) budget for asset management, including budgeting and cost control.
- Collaborate with development teams throughout project planning, construction, and connection phases, ensuring smooth project execution.
What describes you
- Experience in a similar role within asset management in renewable energy, electrical infrastructure or related sectors.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, such as the general operation of power plants, remote control systems, and grid integration.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Proven experience in developing, implementing, and managing processes and procedures.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders, including technical teams, management, and external partners.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
