B2B BI Analytics Manager
The Job in a Nutshell
Are you passionate about turning data into clear and actionable insights that change the game? We are looking for a rockstar B2B BI Analytics Manager to lead our awesome B2B BI team of two talented analysts. In this role, you will lead the creation of analytical solutions, manage the team's roadmap according to the company's strategic goals, and advise business regarding analytical projects that drive growth for both Casino and Sportsbook clients.
A Sneak Peek into Your Role
- Empower our marketing and business decision-makers with actionable insights through the design, development, and implementation of business analytics solutions.
- Steer your team towards success by managing project backlogs, prioritizing tasks, and optimizing resource allocation to achieve key milestones.
- Become the trusted advisor to our business and clients, translating complex data into clear, impactful visualizations, reports, and recommendations that drive growth and innovation.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, providing mentorship, training, and opportunities for growth to your analysts.
- Collaborate with other teams in the BI & Analytics unit to maximize the value of the projects and to use the unit's resources with high efficiency.
- Partner with IT and other departments to ensure data integrity, streamline processes, and spread a data-driven culture throughout the organization.
You're good at
- Your strategic thinking and decision-making skills are exceptional, enabling you to prioritize and align analytics initiatives effectively. You have a passion for a data-driven approach to maximize business impact.
- You bring leadership experience or over 5 years of experience in data analytics.
- You have a solid understanding of Tableau or similar platforms, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Excel.
- You are skilled in SQL and either Python or R.
- You have experience with conversion funnels, website analytics, and data visualizations.
- You possess some understanding of iGaming and gambling.
- You are results-oriented, able to work independently, have strong attention to detail, and organized.
- Your curiosity drives you to investigate data from multiple angles, you excel at problem-solving, are flexible, and are willing to accept and communicate changes in priorities if necessary.
- Fluency in verbal and written English is a must, as it's our primary means of communication.
