PN Promise is a leading Microsoft partner in CEE region, offering a wide range of products and services for clients from various economic sectors, including finance, telecommunications, media, energy, manufacturing, trade, services, public administration, education, and healthcare. The company has been operating since 1991 and, since 1996, has been the largest provider of Microsoft solutions in Poland. APN Promise specializes in software licensing optimization, IT systems design, implementation, maintenance, and business application development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Active acquisition of new Partners and expanding the portfolio of products and services among existing Partners and their clients
  • Applying the best possible approach towards sustainable development of Partner pipeline
  • Building sustainable, long-term cooperation with Partners
  • Preparation of presentations and offers
  • Managing process of negotiations and renegotiations of agreements
  • On-going monitoring of market, competition, and business needs

Our Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in sales of IT solutions to commercial sector
  • Very good knowledge in the area of selling Microsoft services and products (CSP- partner channel)
  • Knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques as well as sales processes
  • Ability to analyse client's needs
  • Highly developed communication skills, ability to network and build professional relationships
  • Highly motivated and goal oriented
  • Very good command of English language (at least B2- level)
