To achieve our ambitious goals, we are looking for Sales and development Manager to join our team in Estonia. If you can and want to work in a dynamic environment in a team of challengers, have a proactive attitude, produce an infinite number of ideas - welcome U aboard.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Qualitative and quantitative increase in the agent base of the tour operator in the territory.
- Prompt and high-quality solution of current issues of agencies assigned to the manager.
- Participation in the promotion of the Company's tourism products on the market.
- Informational support of agencies in the region (current promotions; special offers, loyalty programs, consultations on working with the site and the online booking system, etc.).
- Assistance in the organization and participation in other projects of the department in the region (seminars, exhibitions, road-shows, distribution of promotional products, etc.).
Professional experience and skills:
- Excellent presentation and sales skills.
- Experience in a similar position for at least 2 years (experience in tourism company will be considered as an advantage).
- Ability to run projects independently.
- Highly attentive to detail and organization, strong business acumen.
- Language Proficiency: knowledge of both Estonian and English (Russian would be an advantage).
- Professional or higher education in the related field.
- Creativity, positive thinking, ability to take responsibility, proactive
- Stress Resilience: capacity to remain calm and effective
- Teamwork Skills: ability to collaborate effectively with others in a team setting.
