About the role:
We are seeking to our Shared Service Centre a dedicated and punctual Asset and Lifecycle Management Expert to join our team. This role is essential for providing seamless service delivery and creating customer value. You will manage customers with a global scope, ensuring effective implementation of new client contracts and overseeing asset and lifecycle management processes.
Asset and Lifecycle Management Expert tasks are:
- Manage large-scale projects for implementing new client contracts;
- Oversee asset and lifecycle management processes for clients;
- Ensure seamless integration of services into daily operations;
- Collaborate with global clients, primarily based in Sweden, from our Tallinn office;
- Support a diverse portfolio of clients across different countries and continents.
As an Asset and Lifecycle Management Expert, you have:
- Very good spoken and written English (Sweden language skill is a bonus)
- Proven experience in project management
- Strong background in asset and lifecycle management
- Experience with large-scale project implementations
- ITIL certified or understanding the ITIL Management scope
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Previous experience working with global clients
- Ability to manage and support a diverse client portfolio
