We are currently looking for a new colleague to join the Legal Office of the Ignitis Renewables team, where youll be ensuring legal advice/assistance (in-house and external) for onshore & offshore projects in Estonia. If that speaks to you, wed be happy to welcome you to our team!

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Ensuring legal services to Onshore & Offshore projects in Estonia
- Managing external legal teams
- Negotiating the agreements (mostly related to the development of the farms)
- Ensuring business compliance and mitigation of legal risks
- Liaisoning with regulators, management and other stakeholders.
Required for this position:
- Masters degree in law
- 7 years of experience in a similar legal field (RES regulatory experience or knowledge would be an advantage)
- Experience of working in an international team
- Experience in leading legal projects
- Experience in doing contract drafting and negotiations
- English language
- Skills at evaluating options and finding solutions
- Strong interpersonal skills and focus on assisting internal client, i.e., business team
- Ability to independently prioritize tasks.
