Purpose of the role:

 The Casino Doorman is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and security for the casino guests and staff at the entrance of the casino. This role involves welcoming guests, ensuring the safety and security of the premises, and maintaining a professional and friendly atmosphere.

Your responsibilities will be: 

• Greeting and welcoming guests professionally and courteously when they arrive and leave. 
• Providing information about the casinos services, promotions, and events.
• Working together with the Casino management and Surveillance team in order to ensure guest and staff safety in the Club premises.
• Enforcing the casinos dress code and other entry policies.
• Handling difficult situations with tact and professionalism, including denying entry to underage or visibly intoxicated individuals.
• Engaging with guests in a friendly and courteous manner. Resolving minor guest complaints or issues, and escalateing more serious concerns to the appropriate manager.
• Coordinating with security and other staff to manage the flow of guests.
• Responding promptly and appropriately to emergencies, including medical incidents, fire alarms, and evacuations.

What we expect from you? 

• Working experience in the security field is not required but is an advantage. Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of security procedures and protocols.
• Basic computer skills, and accuracy while performing administrative duties.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Conversational-level English & Estonian are essential. Any other language is a plus. 
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility when it comes to shift/working hours.
