What would be your responsibilities?
- Providing daily legal advice to other teams of Wallester.
- Representing Wallester in negotiations with partners and clients regarding legal matters.
- Drafting agreements, legal opinions and other legal documents.
- Performing legal audits regarding partners and clients.
- Helping to solve disputes with partners and clients.
- Participating in designing legal workflows and implementing legal tech solutions.
What we expect from you?
- Master's degree in law (or to be obtained in 2024).
- Prior experience from working in financial sector or respective proven specialisation during studies.
- Knowledge about EU regulation regarding payment services, contracts, data protection and AML/CFT.
- Professional proficiency in English and Estonian (spoken and written).
