By joining our Sustainability Department, you will be working closely with business analysts and business data engineers and assist on various key objectives and project implementation. Your tasks will include supporting the team with Luminor's Sustainability report 2024: assisting in the gap analysis of 2023 report with CRSD sustainability reporting requirements, ensuring audit trail documentation as well as supporting the coordination of the sustainability report preparation. In addition, you will engaged in updating ESG-related trainings, as well as in ESG/ Sustainability related data and analytics activities e.g sustainability reporting, insights.
You will gain a great understanding of ESG/ Sustainability data related topics, especially in the banking industry, as well as business analysis competence.
We expect you to have some previous exposure to data analytics or any analytical task experience, as well critical & analytical thinking skills couple with great collaboration and ownership skills. Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication. Preferred education in Finance, Economics or related field.
