Job description
What you will do in this role:
- Solving technical questions or problems posed by customers via telephone & email
- Keeping up to date with all new developments in the technical area, networks and consumer electronics relating to the position
- Documenting all relevant information into the system to ensure a high level of service is delivered
What we offer
- Salary of 1620 Euros / Gross
- Additional bonus system, where you can earn up to 150,- Euros / Gross per month
- Expenses subsidy of 60 Euros / NET a month to cover different personal expenses for phone, internet, parking and sports

Your qualifications
Concentrix is a great match if you:
- Are fluent in Finnish, both written and spoken
- Have good English language skills (min. B1/B2 level)
- Are good at communicating and have great organizational skills
- Previous customer experience is considered an advantage
- Have interest in electronics and technology
