Purpose of the role:

The digital marketing specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and managing online marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions, aiming to acquire and retain players for the Chesterfield Poker Club This position requires a blend of creativity, technical skills, and strategic thinking to stand out in the crowded local marketplace in Tallinn.

Chesterfield Poker Club operates under the Bombay Group umbrella but maintains its own distinct brand. As the only club in the Nordic region dedicated exclusively to poker, Chesterfield welcomes all who share a passion for this brilliant mind game, which has gained immense popularity in recent years. Located near Tallinn's central square, the club hosts regular poker tournaments, international festivals, and numerous exciting special events. On weekends, top players from Estonia and around the globe compete at ten tables alongside those for whom poker is a cherished hobby and a pleasant break from their daily routines.

Key responsibilities: 

  • Creating and implementing digital marketing campaigns that align with the company's goals and target audience, including defining campaign objectives, target metrics, and budgets.
  • Developing engaging content for various digital platforms, such as websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing. This involves collaboration with designers, writers, and other content creators.
  • Managing Chesterfield's social media presence by creating and scheduling relevant and targeted posts, responding to comments and messages, and analyzing engagement metrics.
  • Optimizing website content for search engines (SEO) and managing pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns (SEM) to increase website traffic and visibility.
  • Designing and executing email marketing campaigns, segmenting email lists, and analyzing performance to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Using analytics tools like Google Analytics to track and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, interpreting data, and making recommendations for improvements.
  • Managing online advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other display networks to reach targeted audiences.
  • Identifying and collaborating with influencers and affiliates to promote the brand and drive traffic and sales.
  • Overseeing the Chesterfield website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions. This involves collaboration with web developers and designers.
  • Conducting research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform marketing strategies.
Key skills & experience:

  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong creative skills to develop engaging and effective marketing content and campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating compelling content and collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
  • At least one year of experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, email marketing software, and content management systems (CMS), is mandatory.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, on brand, and within budget.
  • Understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) principles and best practices.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and how to leverage them for marketing purposes.
  • Ability to stay flexible and adapt to the fast-paced and constantly changing digital marketing landscape, as well as Bombay and Chesterfields rapid growth.
  • Proficiency in Estonian and English language skills is required.
