Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other relevant field.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency with MS Office tools, especially Excel.
- 3 years of experience with support of Human Resources processes in international environment.
- Experience with Compensation and Benefits processes (job matching and salary benchmarking, employee benefits management) will be an advantage.
- Proven analytical and reporting skills.
Job description:
- Contribute to all aspects of the global Compensation and Benefits practice development and implementation.
- Support people managers regarding queries on job descriptions, job titles and compensation.
- Communicate Compensation and Benefits programs to stakeholders with a call to action and educate the wider audience on.
- Participate in market surveys and monitor market trends / developments in the Compensation and Benefits area.
- Work with HR teams by engaging them into Compensation and Benefits related projects.
