As the Management Partner, you will play a vital role by driving, coordinating and supporting various initiatives of strategic importance for Nordea Estonia while at the same time having control of daily execution.

About this opportunity
At Nordea Estonia we are close to 1200 people from diverse backgrounds and nationalities, servicing our Nordic customers and Nordea's business from Tallinn, Estonia.
You will be working closely together with Head of Nordea Estonia and senior leadership team of the Branch, and you´ll be part of a dynamic, high-performing and inclusive support functions team.
What youll be doing:
- Delivering high quality communication and decision-making material to external and internal stakeholders via various channels (meetings, intranet, yammer, LinkedIn and similar)
- Supporting and facilitating leadership teams with planning and coordinating leadership meetings, meeting minutes and following up on decisions to ensure action
- Running co-ordination and implementation of various initiatives and events for the whole Nordea Estonia
- Working closely with leadership team and act as a point of entry to support functions to coordinate a wide range of ad hoc and administrative tasks
- Representing Nordea Estonia as a true brand ambassador, with a service minded and professional attitude in internal and external forums

The role is a based in Tallinn, Estonia. Partly remote working within Estonia is possible.

- Are very structured and motivated by planning and organising
- Are a strong communicator both written and spoken communication, and a PowerPoint super user
- Have focus on quality, high attention to detail and an eye for presentable materials
- Have a passion for problem solving and a proactive can-do attitude
- Are self-driven, but also enjoy making your contributions together with others
- Have inclusive and collaborative approach to people, and experience in stakeholder management in multinational organisation
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple tasks/deadlines
- Have high integrity and can handle confidential information
- Are fluent in both spoken and written English
