Description
We're looking for a motivated and dynamic Cabin Services Manager to join our Cabin Management team. Reporting to the Head of Cabin Management, this role is perfect for someone who thrives on cross-functional projects, embraces responsibility, and has the ambition to elevate onboard service delivery to new heights. In addition to overseeing cabin services, you will also serve as Deputy to the Head of Cabin Management.
This position is primarily office-based, with about 10% of the work involving flyingthough this may vary depending on business needs. If you're ready to make a significant impact and be part of a team dedicated to exceptional service, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities and tasks:
- Owning the Onboard Service Culture and Service Delivery strategy in Marabu Airlines
- Responsibility for Onboard Service Procedures and instructing Cabin Crew
- Implementing service standards and procedures for the Cabin Crew
- Taking responsibility for the Service Handbook and service announcements
- Ensuring that customer satisfaction and revenue targets for the Cabin Crew are monitored, measurements developed and met
- Acting as the key contact for the product department to write onboard service procedures and manuals for the Cabin Crew and ensuring on-board compliance of service specifications
- Participating in Cabin Crew forums to update crew on service
- Reviewing Cabin Crew service performance and resolving service problems in the Cabin Crew department
- Responsibility for Crew commission solutions and calculations
- Representing Marabu on relevant partner airline meetings and responsibility for partner airlines service procedures
- Acting as Deputy for Head of Cabin Management
Requirements:
· Passion for onboard service delivery
· A minimum of Bachelor Degree
· Proven experience in a similar role
· Ideally experience as Service Instructor, as a Cabin Crew or have background in aviation
· Vast knowledge of various industry trends and practices in service delivery
· Previous leadership experience would be an advantage
· Familiarity and troubleshooting ability with Crew iPad tools, such as Teams,WebManuals, vPOS
· Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly understand and act on issues
· Willingness to solve problems outside area of expertise
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Proactivity and flexibility
· Fluency in English, both written and spoken
