Industrial Technician

As a CNC operator or industrial technician at BROEN, you will be part of a strong team that supplies BROEN's highly automated production plant with components for the production of valves.

Your tasks will vary from setting up, running and operating CNC controlled lathes, pipe cutting machines and presses. Finishing and quality assurance of your own work as well, as programming and operating:

• DMG Sprint 38/8 Swisstype with Fanuc control
• DMG Gildemeister Twin with Siemens control
• Sinico CNC pipe cutting machine with Fanuc control
• CNC presses

You will be part of a small team of motivated and competent colleagues, where you will have the opportunity to develop professionally and personally.

The position is either on a permanent night shift or in a shift team (day, evening, night).
Day shift: at 06.00-14.00 (Monday-Thursday), Friday: 06.00-12.20
Evening shift: at 13.50-23.00 (Monday-Wednesday) and Thursday: at 13.50-21.40. Friday is a day off.
Night shifts: Start Sunday. at 23.00-06.00 (Monday-Thursday)

You have an educational background in industrial technology, machining, or a similar field.
• Most of our machines are pre-programmed, but if you have experience of this, or are willing to learn it, it is clearly an advantage. Fanuc and Siemens controls are used, but knowledge of these is not essential as thorough training will be provided.
• You will have experience of machining and CNC lathes in the iron and machine industries.

You will be employed under the Dansk Industri's (Danish Industries) collective agreement. Pension scheme follows the collective agreement and you will also be offered health insurance.

At our site in Assens, we have a canteen, where you can buy and eat your lunch and we have a staff club that organizes social events for the employees.
