As one of our fantastic People Partners takes on exciting new challenges within the company, we're on the hunt for a seasoned, dedicated, and driven individual to come on board and provide the best employee experience and support for our Live88 Studio, Live88 Product and Onetouch teams (approx 170 employees). 🌟

Your key focus areas
  • Be and act as a true culture & brand ambassador. Our culture and values are very important to us, as a People Partner, you play a vital role in driving and maintaining it across the company;
  • Provide high-quality people partnerships for your teams in all People areas, from labour law-related advice to helping to build strong teams in your dedicated business units;
  • Be a go-to person to all employees working in your business teams, offer advice, address concerns and resolve issues to ensure a positive and productive working environment;
  • Partner with team leads and managers to identify the key people challenges and opportunities in their teams and support in implementing the solutions;
  • Lead, facilitate and support different people services for your teams, e.g. newbies onboarding, internal mobility, career coaching, team motivation, and exits. You should be a hands-on partner in all areas if needed;
  • Be the owner of your teams people data, use insights to drive informed decision-making, provide reports and overviews, and share key trends and metrics with managers where necessary;
  • Be part of creating the best employee experience for Yoloers by ensuring that people-related processes and policies are aligned with our values and objectives.

Our teams are very diverse, as Yolo, in general, is. While our Live88 Studio employees work in Telliskivi Studio in Tallinn, our tech talent works in various locations, with Estonia as the main hub.  

👀 Who are we looking for?
  • The most important thing for us is a team and cultural fit. We need to see and feel that Yolo is the right place for you, you enjoy our environment and live by our values.   • Solid hands-on experience (3+ years) in People Partnership, HR Generalist or any other similar role (people ops, recruitment, learning & development);
  • Experience in supporting team leads and managers in international business;
  • Excellent knowledge of Estonian labour law and best practices; 
  • Strong knowledge of core HR areas, best practices, and trends, including hands-on experience, e.g. recruitment and performance management;
  • An excellent level of English and Estonian, both oral and written;
  • Endless excitement about new trends in the People area and willingness to try out new ideas and practices to level up your people partnership game;
  • You are great at creating meaningful relationships with your key stakeholders, its easy to talk to you and people are constantly seeking your advice (or good humour);
  • As a person, you love working in a fast-paced environment with like-minded people who love what they do and cherish their achievements. Making things better, creating a great atmosphere around you and supporting the people who drive you and energise you.

The role is 80% operational tasks and 20% additional projects and more strategical focus.
