Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the renewal of our operating model to foster seamless cooperation between Business and IT teams.
- Lead and develop ITIL-compliant services and processes, including service desk, on-site support, incident management, and application support.
- Drive the development of internal support methods and optimize support team performance.
- Implement key user organization across the Group and support documentation initiatives.
- Serve as a supervisor for a team of experts and participate in Change Advisory Board meetings.
- Act as the Group Product Owner for Jira Service Management tool.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the organization.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing Service desk and ITIL-processes
- Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, business, or related field.
- People skills: proven team leadership and teamwork skills
- Change management experience is essential
- Project management skills
- DevOps experience and knowledge of agile methods is an advantage
- Technical understanding of both cloud and on-premises environments is an advantage
- Fluent English language, written and spoken, is required. Any other Olvi Groups language skills (Finnish, Estonian, Lithuanian, Latvian, Danish, Russian) are an advantage.
- Ability to travel occasionally.
