Job Description
- Welcoming and assisting incoming VIP customers, promoting ongoing campaigns and upcoming events, also cross-selling to our online casino.
- Overviewing game progress on-site.
- Keeping data up to date with needed statistics.
- Managing personalized rewards and VIP treatments.
- Collaborating closely with the casino manager and other teams to address customer issues and requests effectively.
- Gathering customer data and insights to enable personalized customer interactions.
