Join us to make our business grow in Estonia. We are looking for active and sales-oriented Business Manager to Comatec Estonia Oü, which is part of Comatec Industrial and Marine Business line comprising over 120 professionals in Finland, Romania and Estonia.

As a business manager, you are responsible for sales and results in our Estonian branch. You will lead business and work as a manager for local personnel. You lead your team, support them in their daily work, set goals and motivate them. You have the drive for leadership and you have good communication skills. You have hands-on attitude and you get things done. You already have experience in business management and can build and develop operations of your business area or you may be a future star with a strong mindset to grow to match these requirements. You have proven knowledge or first-hand experience in design and engineering of machinery and preferably in project management or other expert services for technology industry.

You will work and collaborate with the Groups and BLs other salespersons and Group support functions. Working closely with the clients is natural for you and you regard customer satisfaction as priority number one. You consider your negotiation skills very good and you can demonstrate your ability to build successful co-operation and relationships with clients and stakeholders, preferably by proven references.
