Are you passionate about transforming business through technology?
And are you eager to be part of a global ERP implementation for a dynamic and multicultural company? We are looking for both senior and junior consultants to join our ERP team.

As an ERP Business Process Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in the global digitalisation team responsible for a greenfield Microsoft D365FO implementation project. This involves developing a global business process template for deployment across 18 production sites, covering supply chain, manufacturing as well as finance. The role encompasses working closely with stakeholders, functional streams, and collaborating with external implementation partner.

What you will be doing?
  • Lead functional streams alongside the Business Process Lead and Owner, and the external implementation partner
  • Analyse business requirements, challenge existing processes, and document the global template
  • Support the business in process optimisation, data structures, and best practices
  • Configure and test defined solutions, manage data migration, and interfaces, change requests etc. together with team members
  • Be part of documenting business processes, create test scripts, and develop training materials
  • Support the organisational change management journey
  • Conduct training and provide support post go-live

Job requirements

To succeed in this role, you need:
  • An educational background in Economics, Supply Chain Management, or IT, and/or current position as an D365FO consultant, or several years of practical experience with Microsoft Dynamic as a super user.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into IT solutions
  • Analytical, structural, and proactive competencies with the ability to navigate complex system- and process landscapes
  • High interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders at various organisational levels and colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds
  • Strong IT competencies, preferably from a manufacturing company
  • Excellent English communication skills (oral and written)
Besides meeting the technical requirements, a positive mindset, adaptability, eagerness to learn about GPV and the new ERP solution are crucial. We are looking for candidates who will be located at our sites in Denmark, Estonia and Slovakia.
The role involves frequent travel to GPV locations due to the global rollout plan. Hybrid work is also common, considering GPV's global presence.
