What will you be doing?
- Develop and implement Group customer marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty across digital products and land-based businesses.
- Ensure collaboration with cross-functional teams to analyze customer data, identify insights, and segment customer base for targeted marketing efforts, driving effective marketing campaigns.
- Lead the development and execution of customer retention programs, including loyalty programs, personalized offers, and reactivation campaigns to increase customer value, prevent and reduce customer churn, and monitor customer feedback and sentiment, identifying areas of improvement in the customer experience.
- Drive the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns to acquire, retain, and reactivate customers. Analyze campaigns and promotions, including AB testing, measure total campaign efficiency and maintain campaign cost efficiency.
- Analyze customer data and market trends, using insights to oversee the design and implementation of customer lifecycle marketing initiatives, from onboarding to re-engagement.
- Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive team performance and professional growth. Manage marketing budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure efficient allocation of resources and achievement of business goals.
