As a Fraud and Payments Agent, you play a vital role within our Fraud and Payments Operations Team. Your primary responsibility is to ensure an exceptional experience for our clients by assisting in payment monitoring and processing, verifying player integrity, and making risk-based case decisions.

Your daily tasks will be 

• Processing payouts on time;
  
• Assisting other departments with payments and fraud-related questions;
  
• Liaising with our Compliance team whenever needed;
  
• Working closely with your team on automation initiatives - by providing feedback and proposing new ideas - risk scoring, preventing and resolving abuse cases;
  
• Fraud and crypto investigation;
  
• Reporting and doing fraud analysis on payments-related cases.
