By joining our Data Governance Unit, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in managing and governing data assets. 

Here you can go two ways:

Your main responsibilities will include assisting in gathering necessary materials and data related to data governance projects and initiatives, utilizing SQL, VBA, and other tools for data manipulation and analysis, as well as assisting in creating and maintaining datasets for analysis and reporting purposes. In addition, you will also facilitate communication between various stakeholders to ensure alignment on data governance initiatives and priorities.

Your main responsibilities will include engaging with stakeholders across different business units to understand their data governance needs and requirements, assisting in gathering necessary materials and data related to data governance projects and initiative, as well as presenting data governance concepts and progress updates to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, communicating key findings, insights, and recommendations.

You will gain hands-on experience in data governance within a leading financial institution, as well as an opportunity to network and build connections with industry experts, getting a chance for potential growth and development within the organization.

We expect you to have a solid understanding of data area, positive "can-do" attitude, excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels, strong attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and analysis, as well as proficiency in SQL and VBA for data manipulation and analysis. Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication. Preferred education in Data Science, Information Management, Business Analytics or related field.

 

By joining our Business Analysis Unit, you will engaged in tasks such as collecting and analyzing data requirements, technical specifications, data mapping, as well as performing analysis on large sets of data and extract actionable insights. You will also be working closely with Data engineering and IT development, testing, and business delivery teams to provide high-level insights. In addition, you will conducthigh-level stakeholder analysis, gatherinformation and views, and managelinked communications to engage the Stakeholders during the requirements engineering process.

You will gain the knowledge and experience in Business Analysis discipline (i.e. theory and practice) as well as a possibility to practically apply and improve analytical thinking, problem solving, interaction, communication skills and apply your technical skills.

We expect you to have an understanding of Business Analysis discipline in software development process, basic SQL skills, as well as an understanding of data warehousing concepts. You would also need to be a quick learner, problem solver with high attention to details with sound analytical skills. Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication. Preferred education in IT, Economics, Mathematics or related field.

 

Customer Offering Intern

By joining our Customer Offering & Insights Unit, you will be assisting our team members in our products / services pricelist change projects, while also performing supervised data analysis tasks, revisiting client communication guidelines as well as other relevant team's tasks.

You will gain a great insight on price list management in the bank, mining and offering creation for growth managers and also experience in how to deal with different stakeholders within the bank, while also managing a great amount of data. In addition, you will gain great possibility to participate in different pan-Baltic and local projects, learning more about banking services and assessing customer needs.

We expect you to have interesting in the banking area, especially when it comes to banking products / services, working with large amounts of data, having great project management skills, as well as initiative to acquire new skills with high sense of responsibility. Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication. Preferred education in Business Management, Marketing or related field.
