Lending Competence Intern
By joining our Lending Competence Centre, you will be the first and most important contact in our bank who will help customers to get their new car! You will be collecting customers' leasing applications and entering the application information into various IT systems. Your duties will also include checking the customer background collecting extracts from internal and external systems, and communicating with clients.
You will gain an understanding of the private leasing process in our bank and you will get particularly good knowledge and experience on how we check customers' background, and what expectations we have towards customers financial behaviour. Apart from that our team will be encouraging and mentoring you on aspects of customer communication!
We expect you to have an understanding of banking products & services, customer service skills as well as great analytical & communication skills. Fluent Estonian & professional English is required in spoken and written communication. Preferred qualifications include education in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related fields.
KYC Intern
The customer service team provides excellent daily service for Luminor's private and business customers, as well as collecting necessary KYC data. You will be responsible for collecting data from customers for the KYC questionnaires by outgoing calls and written communication.
You will gain great customer service experience, and knowledge about collecting & processing customer data, and working with databases and will get to know the areas of retail banking in general.
We expect you to have an interest in customer service, great communication skills as well as good information processing skills & attention to detail. Fluent Estonian and professional English is required in spoken and written communication. Preferred qualifications include education in Economics, Business Management or a related field.
