As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join us as the Manager of the AML/CF/CFP and Sanctions Compliance unit. This leadership role is crucial in shaping and ensuring the compliance landscape within our organization.

    • Gross salary. 4500 - 6720 EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies

    What You Will Do: 

    • Ensure implementation of the legal requirements in AML/CFT/CFP and Sanctions areas within the Unit responsibilities.
    • Participate in defining Group-level AML/CFT/CFP and Sanctions compliance policies, standards, and procedures.
    • Participate in the defining of AML/CFT/CFP and Sanctions area risk taxonomy, Risk Appetite statements, and drive implementation of the metrics and KRIs.
    • Develop and maintain the ML/TF and Sanctions/PF Risk Assessment framework for Group-wide and individual risk assessments.
    • Coordinate execution of the ML/TF and Sanctions/PF Risk Assessment assessments on the Group level, aggregate results, and prepare Group-wide reports.
    • Lead the setup of Group-wide AML/CFT/CFP and Sanctions compliance methodologies, including Customer Risk Scoring and High-Risk countries methodologies.
    • Take ownership of the tools used in AML/CFT/CFP and Sanctions areas by analyzing their efficiency and defining requirements based on legal acts, best market practices and analysis done by the Unit.
    • Lead the development and maintenance of the internal reporting framework within AML/CFT/CFP and Sanctions areas.
    • Lead the preparation of regular AML/CFT/CFP and Sanctions compliance reports to management bodies.
    • Ensure central regulatory coordination of AML/CFT/CFP and Sanctions on-site and off-site inspections; organise data gathering for regulatory reporting from stakeholders, proposing how to best address deficiencies and shortcomings identified by the supervisory authorities.
    • Contribute to the awareness and training framework within AML/CFT/CFP and Sanctions areas.
    • Participate in the new product approval process within the Unit responsibilities, support and challenge business units in defining associated ML/TF and Sanctions/PF risks.
    • Coordinate and provide information related to correspondent banks inquiries on the Bank due diligence process.
    • Participate and represent the Bank in Banking Associations, AML/CFT working groups, regulatory meetings, and other local forums (if any), meetings according to the mandate.
    • Organize, engage, and motivate employees within the Unit through building a strong team, coaching, holding direct reports accountable and developing talent in the Unit....
