What You Will Do:

•  Lead development, implementation and maintenance of architecture framework
• Promote architecture framework at all levels of organization
• Build relationships at all levels of organization to facilitate alignment among stakeholders
• Chair the Architecture Committee
• Initiate Proof of Concept, Proof of Technology, Proof of Value activities
• Define and clarify the expectations and responsibilities of your teammates roles and ensure the understanding of how they align with teams and Luminors strategic goals and values
• Empower your teammates to define their own measurable objectives that are consistent with the teams and Luminors vision and ensure that subordinates prioritize and execute their tasks effectively
