Job Description
Do you want to become a vital part of a new team that focuses on professional support for colleagues in Tallinn, Copenhagen, Oslo, and Stockholm, as well as 2nd line support for the most complex customer cases? Do you thrive when diving into the rabbit hole of an extensive IT platform, and do you have the skills to communicate your findings and explanations to your colleagues? 
We are looking for full-time Advanced IT Support specialist to help us achieve the professional IT Support our colleagues and clients deserve. 

About the position as Advanced IT Support specialist 
As part of a new team, you will help lift our support to a more professional level. You will be supporting products and tools built in-house on our own IT platform. As 2nd line support, you will only be called into action when support cases are not ordinary. This will demand a wide set of skills, from technical to communication, and good support. You will learn about our business and our customers, and you will use this knowledge to prioritize cases. 
In addition to being 2nd line customer support, you will be 1st line for colleagues at our Tallinn office. 
You will also be part of our roster for our 24/7 emergency phone. 
You will work in close collaboration with Customer Care (Tallinn, Copenhagen, Stockholm, Oslo), and our project managers, developers, and system administrators (Copenhagen and Oslo). 

Key responsibilities 
-         As a 2nd line IT Supporter, you will help ensure good support and excellent communication, and you will help make sure our Tallinn colleagues can do their work and deliver to our clients on time. 
-         Follow our service desk and respond to incoming cases 
-         Act on cases or delegate to the corresponding team 
-         Prioritize cases to the best of your ability 
-         Access internal tools, logs, servers, databases, when investigating cases 
-         Classic IT support for Tallinn office: Make sure our Tallinn colleagues can do their work and deliver to our clients on time 

In time you will: 
-         Check (and improve) our server monitoring to catch errors before our clients complain 
-         Be part of our roster for our 24/7 emergency phone (very few calls)
