Are you a seasoned risk professional with a passion for shaping robust risk frameworks? Luminor is on the lookout for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Senior Risk Framework Analyst at Risk Division. In this pivotal role, you will be at the helm of developing and driving Luminors group-wide Risk Management Framework, contributing to the bank's resilience and strategic decision-making.

- Gross salary. 3200-4900 EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies
What You Will Do:
- Strategic Framework Development: lead the development and implementation of Luminors group-wide Risk Management Framework. Take ownership of critical internal policies and processes, including Risk Policy and Strategy, Risk Taxonomy review & Risk Materiality Assessment process, Risk Appetite Framework, Stress Testing Framework, and more
- Risk Management Processes: run bank-wide risk assessments and coordinate various deliveries for ICAAP, SREP, as well as Recovery and Resolution Planning activities
- Holistic Risk Analyses: collaborate with a diverse network of colleagues to provide holistic risk analyses on capital and business risks. Connect current news events and macroeconomic developments to assess their potential impact on Luminor
- C&E Risks Integration: integrate climate & environmental risks seamlessly into the Risk Management Framework, contributing to a comprehensive approach to risk management
- Compliance Excellence: ensure compliance with external and internal regulations by identifying gaps, issues, and improvement areas as well as addressing outstanding regulatory or internal audit observations
- Management Reporting: prepare information, including presentations, for senior management on the various risk frameworks, contributing to informed decision-making at the highest levels
- Knowledge Sharing: lead internal workshops and trainings on relevant regulations and processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and expertise development
What We Expect:
- Previous Experience: 3+ years of experience in banking or consultancy in risks and finance area
- Risk Management Expertise: experience in banking risk management frameworks, ICAAP/ILAAP, RAF, Recovery, and Resolution Planning, or working knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks will be considered an advantage
- Project Management: demonstrated project management skills and a structured way of working
- Stakeholder Management: ability to communicate, influence, and engage stakeholders of various seniorities
- Proactivity: proactive attitude, including proposing initiatives and developing new ideas autonomously
- Analytical Skills: excellent analytical skills and a holistic mindset
- Team Collaboration: team player attitude with strong business acumen
- Higher Education: degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a similar field
- Language Skills: fluent English is required in spoken and written communication
