About the role

We are seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Manager, Partner Integrations within our Merchant Services department. In this key position, you will lead a dedicated sub-team focused on Partner Integrations. As the go-to expert for all matters related to partner integrations, you will be responsible for overseeing the integration roadmap, ensuring projects are completed within the expected timeframe and quality.

Your primary focus will be on providing active support to our partners globally throughout their integration process with Boku. While we don't anticipate that you'll have all the answers from day one, we do value a strong commitment to continuous learning and growth. This role involves leading a team of Partner Integration Managers and offering robust support to our clients, many of whom are leading entities in gaming, social, and digital content provision on a global scale. About you

  • At least 2+ years of experience of leading or mentoring team(s) of professionals with a proven track record of successfully managing team(s).
  • At least 5 years of solid technical understanding and hands-on experience in software development and API integrations. 
  • Experience in managing relationships with external partners, vendors, or third-party service providers.
  • Possess strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address challenges in partner integrations.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English in both business and technical environment. Additional language skill is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to changing technologies, partner requirements, and industry trends.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic and result oriented approach to work.
