About this opportunity
Ericsson Smart Manufacturing team is looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team. As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining the company's infrastructure, deploying and scaling software applications, and ensuring the reliability and security of our systems. You will also be responsible for designing and implementing build pipelines for CI/CD processes.
What you will do
- Collaborate with software development teams to design, build, and maintain our infrastructure
- Automate and streamline deployment, monitoring, and maintenance tasks to improve system scalability, performance, and reliability
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system issues
- Design and implement build pipelines for CI/CD processes
- Maintain the security of our systems and data by monitoring for vulnerabilities and implementing security best practices
- Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve system performance and reduce costs
- Manage cloud infrastructure and services, such as Azure and AWS
You will bring
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps or related field
- Strong scripting skills in one or more languages (Python, etc)
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and services, such as AWS, Azure
- Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems
- Experience with containerization technology, such as Docker or Kubernetes
- Experience designing and implementing build pipelines for CI/CD processes
- Experience in setting up automated builds (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
