We are seeking an experienced iGaming Japanese Content Manager to oversee our Japanese content across our exciting crypto-based sports betting and casino brands.

You will contribute towards the growth and development of the brands for a forward-thinking Japanese audience and play an essential role in creating the best crypto gambling experience for Japanese players worldwide. 🚀

Your daily tasks will be 

• Managing the relationship between our freelance Japanese writers and translators in close collaboration with the SEO team;
  
• Liaising with the SEO Content Strategist on the Japanese editorial calendar and reporting regularly on the status of projects;
  
• Overseeing copywriting and assisting with localisation in close partnership with the SEO team and as a part of global content efforts;
  
• Partnering with marketing stakeholders to develop projects for locally targeted marketing initiatives;
  
• Identifying content opportunities across channels based on trends and the interests of Japanese players around the world;
  
• Coordinating content creation with both local and international teams;
  
• Participating in market research activities and developing ideas to expand/improve the sites content;
  
• Developing style guides on tone and voice for our casino and sports betting brands;
  
• Leading by example when it comes to collaboration and communication.

What we expect from you

• Strong time-management skills and the ability to handle multiple coinciding projects;
  
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to bring life to our brands in a way that is consistent with our global positioning and meaningful to local culture and customs;
  
• Understanding SEO and web-based content KPIs as they pertain to conversion;
• Strong project-management skills and the capacity to follow a project from start to finish with the right blend of prioritisation and tight deadlines;
• 2+ years experience with creative and marketing content creation and copywriting;
  
• At least three years of experience planning, creating, and editing content;
  
• Flawless command of written English and Japanese and a strong eye for detail;
  
• The ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines;
  
• An analytical mindset and the ability to follow up on and optimise content based on performance;
  
• A good understanding of local expectations and trends;
  
• Love both high-level strategy and hands-on writing and editing;
• Solid, demonstrated cross-functional content management experience, particularly with complex content initiatives;
• Creative, solution-oriented, hardworking, and analytical mindset;
  
• Ability to take the initiative in a constantly changing work environment and a willingness to adopt a generalist mindset;
• Strong communication and collaboration skills;
• Ability to work with SEO-related tools and CMS across multiple platforms as part of the publishing pipeline.
