Our Global CRM Team is growing, and we are looking for a CRM Lifecycle Specialist to join us, who will implement and optimize customer relationship management strategies within Yolo Group.

Your daily tasks will be 

• Implement and execute CRM strategies to enhance player metrics, engagement, retention, and loyalty;
• Collaborate with the CRM Manager on data-driven insights for effective customer segmentation;
• Coordinate CRM campaigns across channels, ensuring integration with broader marketing initiatives;
• Optimize event-based communication, create customer journeys, and refine messaging for desired behaviors;
• Monitor campaign performance using KPIs and provide regular reports for optimization opportunities;
• Drive customer segmentation and personalization using data insights;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM activities with business goals;
• Stay updated on industry trends and share insights for continuous improvement.

What we expect from you

• Excellent written and verbal English;
  
• Experience managing and maintaining a CRM tool within the iGaming industry;
  
• Excellent understanding of the technical integration process for CRM tools, and communication channels;
  
• Excellent stakeholder and project management skills in a fast-paced environment;
  
• Excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to explain complex processes in a simple manner.
