Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for executive management.
- Facilitate investor relations, including event planning and report preparation.
- Manage the executive's calendar and prioritize urgent matters.
- Provide administrative support, including correspondence and meeting organization.
- Oversee travel arrangements and maintain detailed communication.
- Ensure the office environment supports employee success.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years in a similar role.
- Outstanding communication skills in English and Estonian.
- Technological proficiency for efficient workflow.
- Exceptional organizational skills and detail-oriented.
- Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused.
- Degree in law or finance is a plus.
