Inbank Risk Squad is looking for a Product Manager (Risk) who will support the organization's growth by visioning and developing risk products. The risk squad is responsible for creating and maintaining credit underwriting services in the organization to ensure a stable relationship between a customer and Inbank.
Job description
What will you be doing?
- Define product strategy and roadmap for at least the next 6 months working in close cooperation with the Product Lead
- Organise Development team backlog and set clear goals and expectations
- Drive decision-making for good team balance of minimum nr of the project but most important ones
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure that your product development will be supported by all involved counterparties
- Define business requirements for the development team by collecting those from your business counterparties
- Ensure up-to-date documentation related to Risk Domain
In order to be successful in the role, you bring ideally the following skills with you:
- Knowledge about lending products and their lifecycle
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Business Analyst
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Strong analytical mindset
- Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication
