Are you a skilled customer support pro with leadership experience and a knack for Norwegian or Swedish? If yes, then we have an exciting opportunity for you as the Customer Support Team Lead. In this role, you'll be responsible for orchestrating the day-to-day operations of our support team, including problem-solving, mentoring, resource management, and performance analysis. YOUR COOL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Crafting and updating work schedules while ensuring coverage.
- Performing regular monitoring and quality control of individuals in the team.
- Monitoring and maintaining quality standards through coaching, guiding, and training new team members to thrive.
- Delivering performance reports and taking action where necessary.
- Enforcing routines, ensuring access to relevant information, and meeting SLAs and quality targets.
- Handling escalated cases being the go-to for complex questions and jumping into first-line support when needed.
- Hosting weekly team meetings for seamless communication and conducting monthly one-to-one sessions to nurture team growth.
- Playing a crucial role in recruiting top talent.
- Fostering cross-departmental collaboration.
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM A COOL CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM LEAD?
- A minimum of 1 year in customer support within the iGaming industry, with a preference for prior team leadership experience.
- Proficient computer skills are a must in navigating digital tools and platforms.
- Stellar oral and written communication skills, exemplary organization skills, a proactive approach to challenges, adept at handling stress, a knack for problem-solving and juggling multiple tasks, self-sufficiency, and a natural talent for guiding and mentoring others.
- Fluency in verbal and written Swedish/Norwegian and English is essential.
- Working morning and evening shifts
