Work responsibilities
- Risk Identification: Identify and evaluate operational risks across various business units and processes within the organization.
- Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments to determine the potential impact and likelihood of identified risks, using quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Mitigation Strategies: Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, including the design and implementation of control frameworks.
- Policy and Procedure Development: Contribute to the development and maintenance of operational risk policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Incident Management: Manage and coordinate the reporting and investigation of operational incidents and breaches, ensuring timely resolution.
- Risk Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on operational risk to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards related to operational risk management.
