The role:
Your main goal is to lead, monitor and supervise the Customer Care team by providing guidance, instruction, training, and leadership to inspire the team to perform at their optimum and achieve the organizations objectives. Team Lead motivates and inspires the team by creating an environment that promotes positive communication and encourages bonding of team members.
In collaboration with Customer Care Manager analyse the customer behaviour and internal customer care processes to improve the processes which enable more effective teams day-to-day tasks and helps to achieve the teams' goals. In collaboration with the Manager promote business objectives to the team and gather the best insights from the team to bring to the team table.
Working time: 23:00-13:00 (Mon-Fri)/00:00-10:00 (Sat-Sun) in 8 hour shifts, additional hours may occur based on business needs.
Key responsibilities:
  • Managing the day-to-day activities of the team, by delegating tasks to team members and overseeing the monthly schedule
  • Providing help and advice to customer care specialists and agents to complete day-to-day tasks, by finding the best solutions for customer and the organization
  • Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals
  • Monitoring the teams work and seek for improvements
  • Promote sales mindset also amongst the customer care unit, both new and cross-sales tactics
  • Improving customer care procedures, policies, and standards if necessary
  • Taking care of set targets by reaching them in the most effective way possible
  • To create monthly customer care effectivity reports and discuss the results with the individuals
You are successful in this role when you have:
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English.
  • Experience working with customers and providing excellent customer service.
  • High tolerance to pressure.
  • Desire for self-improvement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Ability Take ownership of quality, competence, and commitment.
