Join our growing Legal team in the Nasdaq Tallinn.. This is a unique opportunity to work with legal and regulatory questions around Baltic and Nordic capital markets at one of the leading providers of exchange, trading and settlement technology.

As a Legal Counsel, you will be a part of Nasdaqs European Legal and Regulatory Team which focuses on supporting the exchanges and post-trade businesses within the Nordic/Baltic regions.

You will work with a wide spectrum of legal and regulatory matters, monitoring new regulations and working with various interesting new projects affecting both the exchanges and post-trade with the purpose to develop the Baltic securities market. You are most of all expected to have a strong interest in the securities market and post-trade environment, and a basic understanding of cross-border legal matters in order to grow into a highly valued expert guiding internal clients and the management in the daily legal and compliance matters.
