We're looking for an essential Fraud and Payments Operations Team member to provide an unbeatable experience for our clients by helping monitor and process payments, verify players' integrity, and take risk-based case decisions.

Your daily tasks will be 

• Processing payouts in a timely manner;
  
• Assisting other departments with payments and fraud-related questions;
  
• Liaising with our Compliance team whenever needed;
  
• Working closely with your team on automation initiatives - by providing feedback and proposing new ideas - risk scoring, preventing and resolving abuse cases;
  
• Fraud and crypto investigation;
  
• Reporting and doing fraud analysis on payments-related cases.

  Previous work experience in either Fraud or Payments Operations is an advantage.

This role involves working every two weekends or more. You will be rotating between two shifts: mornings (09:00-17:30) and evenings (17:00-01:30), including weekends and holidays.
