The People & Culture department of Klar is looking for a new conductor to their people loving orchestra. Do you have an ear for making sense of complex information and composing them into actionable insights? We are seeking a People Operations Specialist who will compose a symphony of efficiency and delight throughout our organization. You will be one of the composers, managing People & Culture administrative tasks, streamlining onboarding experiences, orchestrating memorable celebrations, and much more.
In this role, you will be the maestro behind our People & Culture ensemble, using your analytical skills to fine-tune our processes and create an optimized environment where our employees can thrive.
We need for you to possess the ability to create extraordinary employee experiences and manage HRIS (HR softwares) with precision and finesse.

Assignments red for you:
- Manage P&C administrative tasks globally - support employee documentation such as contract management, addendums, residency or visa applications for production employees, etc. and coordinate birthdays, events and work anniversaries;
- Support (set-up, maintain, educate) the implementation of our new HRIS software (Emply) - be our Emply superuser;
- Provide high-quality on- and off-boarding support to all employees (both in Office and Production);
- Administer employee-related tasks, ensuring 100% data accuracy in all our systems (Emply, Begin, Merit, production channels);
- Dive into the world of employee-related data and analytics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement;
- Handle salary and working hour administration, including timesheet input and accuracy for production employees;
- Prepare payroll reports, communicate with Finance and our external agencies for invoicing, and manage employee absences with proper documentation;
- Serve as the primary event planner and executor, collaborating with our Danish People Experience Specialist for internal events;
- Assist with travel arrangements for all employees, including booking flights, hotels, buses, and planes;
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain documentation.
For you to be a success in Klar, you will need to have the following skills:
- Native in Estonian;
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written;
- A background in HR is not necessarily a requisite - if you have previous experience in a related field such as Office Management, Project Management, Process Optimization, or similar, and a strong desire to transition into a People & Culture role - we encourage you to apply;
- It is a requirement that you have worked in an office;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights;
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms, data management tools, and Excel;
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality;
- Proactive problem-solving abilities with a solution-oriented mindset;
- Adaptable and flexible, able to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment;
- Curiosity and a love for learning new things;
- A people person who excels at building relationships.
