Requirements

- Successful experience in international marketing events organization (conferences, seminars)
- Fluent English and Russian languages
- Copywriting skills
- Ability to travel and work in-house full-time
- Creativity, analytical skills
- Ability to self-organize and multitask
- Great communication, negotiation, and cooperation skills
- Good stress tolerance, reliable and active personality
- Strong time-management skills

Work responsibilities

- Plan and organize different types of Company events including conferences, presentations, training, corporate and team-building events
- Create event concepts and ideas
- Conduct all preparational work with external event organizers and the team
- Coordinate events on-site
- Prepare regular reports
- Communicate with international event organizers and manager paperwork accordingly
- Prepare relevant announcements and presentations for the events
- Be responsible for the marketing copywriting
- Create and order advertising materials
- Attend regular business trips
