Hurtigruten Estonia OÜ is the Estonian branch of the company, focused on phone and web sales and a wide range of support functions. There are over 300 employees from over 40 different countries working in the Tallinn office. And we are looking for more travel and tourism enthusiasts to join our team.

With us, you have the opportunity to:

  • Manage and optimize inventory for Hurtigruten Coastal ships, including groups and cabin-level management​
  • Provide expertise/resources to value streams in order to achieve Hurtigruten Expedition strategic goals​
  • Suggest corrective activity if booking intake is not performing as expected​
  • Maintain and update ship deck plan​
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis​
  • Suggest changes to, and maintain, group Terms & Conditions
  • Report on inventory performance to Price and Revenue Management Analysts and Revenue Manager​
  • Provide an effective, polite, friendly and professional service

Hurtigruten is also the world’s largest expedition cruise company, which comes with a responsibility to ensure that sustainability is integrated across all of the operations. It focuses on innovation, technology and concrete measures to explore as responsibly as possible. The Expedition ships offer unforgettable voyages to Antarctica, Greenland, Iceland, Spitsbergen, the Americas, Europe and across the Atlantic Ocean etc.

  • Good analytical skills
  • Good Excel skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to make independent decisions
  • Ability to grasp new concepts quickly
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Capability to remain motivated with a positive attitude under pressure and with limited direction
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
  • Previous experience with Seaware is a benefit
  • Familiarity with the travel and cruise industry is a benefit
